Pick Up & Drop Off Procedures

We have updated our entry and exit plan for the school parking lot.  There is now one designated entrance and one designated exit to help improve traffic flow and safety.  Please review the attached map and instructions to help ensure a smooth drop-off and pick-up.

Always follow the directions given by teachers and staff members supervising the parking lot.  Please be patient and courteous to teachers, staff, students and other drivers to help keep our parking lot safe and efficient for everyone.

Entry:  Enter the parking lot only through the second driveway (marked with green arrows on the above diagram link).

Choose one of two options:

Drop-Off/Pick-up Queue-Follow the green arrows through the drop-off zone and exit.

Parking-Follow the yellow arrows to park in a designated parking space.

No Parking in Drop-off/Pick-up Lane:  Do not stop or leave your vehicle unattended in the drop-off or pick-up lanes (green route in the above diagram).  These lanes are for passenger drop off only.

Exiting After Parking:  If you parked, exit the lot by following the yellow arrows and using the second driveway only.

Do Not Enter via First Driveway:  The first driveway near the staff area is not an entrance-do not use it to enter the lot.

Staff and Bus Area:  Parking in the area labeled "Staff and Buses Only" is prohibited.  Please be respectful of the posted signs.

 Additional Points to Keep In Mind

• Drop-off and pick-up procedures remain in effect during days of inclement weather.
• The speed limit in our parking lot is 5 MPH.
• We appreciate drivers being extra cautious when navigating the lot before & after school. Allow plenty of time for dropping off and picking up your child.  
• Please, no u-turns from the pick-up/drop-off lane.
• We request that parents not enter the building after school to pick up your child. Please determine a pre-arranged meeting spot and have your child meet you outside.
